- Models of consumer behaviour
- Personal, psychological, social and cultural factors affecting consumer behaviour
- Consumer protection and ethics

Students will master research and research types related to consumer behaviour.

The students will understand consumer behaviour models and master consumer buying processes. They will also know how individual consumer behaviour and consuming as a member of a group affects marketing and marketing communication, and vice versa.
