Core content level learning outcomes (knowledge and understanding)
Logistic is a process and students would understand how the process works and which functions effects to it. The Keywords are Process management, ERP?s and MPS. In addition to this students will know the most common methods and terminology of process management and could put them in prac-tice.

Students would be familiar with the fundamental principles of Proc-ess management. Students would also practice writing, reporting and presentation skills in this course.
