After the course student will comprehed the dimensions of knowledge, competence and expertise in the individual and organisational level. Student will fully understand the characteristics of services marketing.

Student will be able to design and develop marketing in a professional service organization. Student will be able to create a brief to purchase professional service and will be able to draft contracts peculiar to professional services.
