Core content level learning outcomes (knowledge and understanding)

Students will familiarize themselves with the elements of both internal and external organizational communication. Students will understand that well planned and implemented organizational communication is a key element for organisation. Students will also understand that communication is a crucial part of management and leadership as well as part of information management. In addition students comprehend that communication is related to motivating and initiating employees. Students understand fully the vital means and channels of both internal and external communication.

Core content level learning outcomes (skills)

Students will be trained to plan organization?s communication on strategic and tactic level. During the course students communicative skills will develop in both written and oral communication.
