Core content level learning outcomes (knowledge and understanding)
The student will gain knowledge of correct vocabulary and the structures in order to
- describe the differences between Finnish and Swedish business cultures
- comment on current business culture topics (mergers)
- describe the merger (procedure)
- apply typical Swedish meeting and negotiation procedures and make documents (agenda etc.)
- participate in meetings and negotiations in various roles
- make short internal newsletters and pressreleases
- order products, complain about poor service
- advise customers in matters concerning billing
- present the facts on business economics described in annual reports
- intrerpret charts

Use commercial terminology and phraseology in oral and written communication in business situations. The student will in othes words learn to
