The students will identify the different sections of well-being and understand the importance and the role of it as a part of profitable business operations.
Course contents (additional)
The students will recognise how to evaluate well-being and apply the basic tools. The students will familiarize themselves with the research information of well-being.

After completion of this course students will fully understand the meaning of well-being to the work community and to their personal lives. The student will understand the meaningful role of leadership in well-being of employees.

The students will learn to evaluate well-being from several standpoints. They will make development plans of well-being both to the work community and to themselves personally.
