Core content level learning outcomes (knowledge and understanding)
Students will familiarize themselves with principles and practices of internal and external communication. Students will understand that well planned and implemented organizational communication is a key element for organisation. Students will familiarize themselves with the stages planning organizational communication. Students understand that the requirements of different types of communication. They will be familiar with appropriate contents and forms of texts and presentations.
Core content level learning outcomes (skills)
During the course students communicative skills will develop in both written and oral communication. Students will be able to give presentations and work in groups. They will also be able to observe communication in different situations. Students will be able to compose texts, which are coherent in language and concepts.
