Seven laboratory exercises concerning isolation, purification, amplification, characterization and quantitation of proteins and DNA using varied laboratory techniques and equipments with laboratory notebook and experiment reports

Detailed discussion about the significance of data, comparison with known values and results from the literature, calculation of error and explanation of any difference

After completion of this course the student know the general biochemical laboratory methods, their possibilities and restrictions and is capable to use new laboratory equipment and understands their operational principle
