Special features of handling animal cells concerning cultivation, requirements of media, culture vessels in laboratory and production scale, isolation of the tissue, creation of cell lines, characterization, cloning, selection, gene manipulation of the animal cells, production of diagnostic and therapeutic products with animal cells, transgenic animals, gene and stem cell therapy, organ cultivation
