Own project on a subject realated to the fermentation technology R&D activities in the degree program, information search and planning of the experiments for the project, performance of the fermentations and analysis, oral and literal reporting of the project, occasion for reporting of all the projects

After completion of this course the student has a good knowledge on the project-subject. The student has a more superficial knowledge on the subjects of the other projects in the course
