- profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement

Core content level learning outcomes (knowledge and understanding)

The student is aware of company forms, differences in their administration and in taxation principles. The student is also aware of the significance of immaterial rights. He/she knows the sources of financing available especially at the early starting phase. The student can interpret the cash flow statement and factors related to it. He/she has understanding of business strategies.

Student has a conceptual knowledge and skills in order to establish a company. He/she can take into account juridical requirements for the company. Student can also prepare a market oriented business strategy and a cash flow statement.
