The basics and purpose of the quality work in the enterprices, continuous improvement, quality development functions, customer and quality, quality thinking, quality leadership, process thinking at the quality development, quality measurement and measurement uncertainty, statistical process control (SPC), control charts, control and tolerance limits, process capability, capability indeces, general and special faults, Pareto, Six Sigma, variable charts, X/R, X/s, Cusum, EWMA, Cpk-chart, FMEA, interpretation, applications and special cases

Quality work in the enterprices, control charts and their usage.

After completion of this course the student is able understand the methodology of the quality work, to benefit the tools of SPC in different industrial applications.
