Core content level learning outcomes (knowledge and understanding)
After the conclusion of this module the student understands the role of different functions in business planning and management. He/she can identify various business strategies and what is needed when following a certain strategy. The student knows the basic principles of business planning and its time frames. In addition to that the student understands the role of accounting in business management and what has to be taken into account when measuring the business.

After finishing the module the student is able to create a business plan and analyze different business strategies.
