- applications of eCommerce in business-to-consumer area and in business-to-business area
- various payment options of eCommerce, paramount legal issues of eCommerce, domestic and international legislation
- practical cases of eCommerce

After finishing the course, the student can identify the key features and characteristics of an eCommerce site, can understand the fundamentals of the technical realization of the eCommerce sites, and can assess their role in the overall business strategy of a corporation.
