- Key success factors in e-Business strategies
- Various models of e-Business strategies (Agora, Aggregation, Value Chain, Alliance)
- e-Business strategies and the requirements of infrastructure
- Practical corporate cases of e-Business strategies.

E-Business strategy planning and implementation: key stakeholders in e-Business strategies.
Core content level learning outcomes (knowledge and understanding)
After finishing the course, the student can identify the key features and characteristics of successful e-Business strategies, can understand e-Business activities in the strategic framework of the companies, and can assess the key milestones in the building of an e-Business strategy.

After finishing the course, the student can critically assess the e-Business strategies of various companies, can implement a SWOT analysis on the e-Business strategy of given companies, and can report in writing a comparison of the e-Business strategies of two companies within the same industry.
