Student knows basic concepts of contract law. He/she is able to recognise the most general contract risks and knows how to avoid them.

Student knows responsibilities and duties of seller and buyer in sales of goods and services. He/she understands relevance of general terms of contracts.

Student knows distinctions of international trade contracts.
