- the development of eCommerce, the contemporary level of eCommerce and foresights of eCommerce
- applications of eCommerce in business-to-consumer area and in business-to-business area
- various payment options of eCommerce, paramount legal issues of eCommerce, domestic and international legislation
- practical cases of eCommerce

- eCommerce as a part of business strategy of companies
- various terminals and eCommerce

Core content level learning outcomes (knowledge and understanding)

After finishing the course, the student can identify the key features and characteristics of an eCommerce site, can understand the fundamentals of the technical realization of the eCommerce sites, and can assess their role in the overall business strategy of a corporation.

After finishing the course, the student can critically assess the realization of various eCommerce sites, can discuss their various features and can report in writing his/her assessment of the key features of an eCommerce site.
