Basic Mathematics A, Series and Fourier-transforms

Course contents (core content level)

Basics of Digital Signal Processing: discrete signals and their properties, properties of sampled linear systems, flow diagram, difference equation, convolution.
Analysis of linear sampled systems: transfer function, impulse responce, frequency responce, z-transform, poles and zeroes.

Discrete Fourier Transform (DFT), basic audio signal processing

Student will know the basic properties of digital signal processing systems and he/she can analyse existing signal processing systems.
