Fundamentals of land subdivision, the history of land owning in Finland, most important types of subdivisions of real estates, the rights of land owner, public right of access, the fundamentals on land use and building law, the fundamentals of real estate assessment.

Student will be familiarized with the fundamentals of real estates terms and understands its speciality. He knows the difference of real and movable property. He knows the possibilities to work with property issues and knows the fundamentals of building regulations.

Student will be familiarized with to use land register. He can formulate a simple real estate deal. Student knows boundary marks.
