Report of plan, symbols and written regulations, land use legislation in Finland, analysis of environment, participation and assessment procedure, drawing the plan with MicroStation Stella ? program, participatory planning procedure

Fundamentals of urban planning economics, community development and traffic planning

Core content level learning outcomes (knowledge and understanding)

Student manages procedure of town planning and legislation and he knows commonly used symbols in plan. Student understands the planning as a part of build sustainable environment and that there is a need of land policy.

Student can formulate participation and assessment procedure and draw town plan computer aided. Student can also participatory planning procedures. He can formulate 3-D conceptual drawings.
