Core content level learning outcomes (knowledge and understanding)
After completion of this course the student is able to balance the reactions of the most common ions and she or he understand the principles of the most common analytical measurement methods.

After completion of the course the student is able to make calculation related to laboratory work, she or he can make reports and evaluate the reliability and accuracy of the results. In addition she or he is able to use following apparatus or instruments; analytical and top-loading balances, byret, transfer, measuring and microliter pipets, spectrophotometer and pH meter.
