Systems development life cycle (SLDC) and application development methods
Project management phases, documentation and tools
Information system documentation: technical descriptions and user instructions
Software design and programming principles
Definition and planning of application development projects
Development of an application using Web ?based collaborative tools
Team working skills.

Program design: flowcharts, UML.
Visual Studio.NET, HTML editors, Visio, Jude, Javascript, PHP.
Data base management: Access or MySQL. Concept analysis.

Understanding of the phases and working methods of information systems development process. Understanding of the needs for information systems management and development in organizations. Knowledge of some programming and systems design tools. Familarity with project management and control in small projects.
