The course helps understand and manage individual and interpersonal behaviour in organisations by providing with conceptual knowledge and experiential exercises on group dynamics and team building.

Leading individuals and groups effectively is the key to managerial excellence. Yet, it can be the most difficult challenge for a manager. The course will provide students with a framework for managing individual and group performance.

To understand the many inter-related elements that contribute to effective international management, develop knowledge & skills needed to function competently in international business and understand the crucial elements of organizational behavior and the interrelationships: Specifically, external factors such as culture and technology are looked at before discussing the impact they have on the internal arrangements of organizations - such as leadership, structure, teams, conflict, motivation, and communication - and the subsequent impact these internal arrangements have on strategy development and implementation.
