- basic concepts and operations in print and digital publishing work flow (digital imaging, file formats, color definitions in publishing)
- basic use of publishing programmes
- Photoshop ?image procesing
- page layout ( Adobe InDesign)
- graphics ( Freehand tai Adobe Illustrator)
- www- application programmes ( Dreamviewer, Flash, Image Ready)

- special requirements and standards for cross platform publishing
- demanding publishing applications

On completion of this unit the student will know the principles and basic concepts of print and web publishing workflow and it´s unit operations such as image processing, page make up and web page design.
