Core content level learning outcomes (knowledge and understanding)
On completion of this unit the student will know the principles of automation of print work flow and how to apply automation in graphic production processes. The student will know how to specify system requirements for a automation system and he/she will recognize the impact of usability and maintenance on print production. He/she will understand the cost and staff factors of automation.
