On completion of this unit the student will know basic concepts of quality management and methods in general outline. He/she has the basic knowledge on the most common quality tools and quality costs and the factors affecting them, too. The student will know the principles of quality and environment systems and their application to graphic industry. The student will also know the quality formation and the factors affecting it.

On completion of this unit the student will be able to design quality development activities for printing environment and suitable quality control methods for a grapcic production process.
