On completion of this unit the student will know characteristics of time-based audiovisual content and its production systems. The student also knows the basic terminology of the field and concepts of its duties.

On completion of this unit the student will be able to take into use a production system for basic level company video, and also act in the tasks of semi-broadcasting-level production or be a manager in the production of the kind with specified technical quality.
