The Master's Thesis process consists of
- two methodology modules
- improvement of the development project plan in Business expertise workshops
- three-partite-agreement
- individual tutoring
- reworking of the development project plan to a Master's Thesis
- maturity test/ Thesis related article

Expertise wider and deeper as necessary for the completion of the Master's thesis, in the Master's Thesis' research field
Core content level learning outcomes (knowledge and understanding)
After completing the thesis the student has proven that he/she
- understands fully the methodological requirements of a Master's Thesis and the quality demanded of its contents.
- comprehends the theories used in researching his chosen field of expertise and that he is well acquainted in their application
- has enough specialized knolwedge to act as a change agent in business environment

After completing the thesis the student has proven that he/she is able to
- write a thesis which fully complies to the criteria set for the thesis
- fullfill the tasks included in the Master's Thesis process
- use theoretical skills to solve problems and improve processes/ methods in a chosen field
- act as a change agent and introduce lasting changes for the better
