Course contents (core content level)
This course provides the student with information about how to produce microscope photographs of samples prepared before and after the course by using a digital camera. Principles of stereo microscope and light microscope will be presented.Functions of digital microphotography will be discussed, as well as microphotography by using a traditional camera. This course will be studied alongside PK004-course and the skills and knowledge gained during this course will be needed through the study years.
