The course covers the basics of inorganic and organic chemistry in conservation.

Core content level learning outcomes (knowledge and understanding)
This course provides the student with information about the effects and consistencies of inorganic/organic materials have on properties of different materials. Students are able to put the calculations needed in basic chemistry in practise when working with a conservation project in a laboratory.
