The course covers different situations relating to customer communication. These situations include both written and oral interaction.The course deals with different phases of sales situations, tensions and turning points. Students will also enhance their communication skills through a meeting with an expert and a customer. A business-like handling of complaints, etc.

The aim of this course is to introduce the student to the demands of customer communication in business.
