Course contents (core content level)
Students will acquire basic knowledge of the properties and manufacturing processes of glass and ceramic materials used in historical buildings. The course also covers information about the stylistic periods of tiled fireplaces.

Upon completion of the course the student will know the consistency and properties of ceramics and is able to find the best conservation methods for different damages.
