Course contents (core content level)
In the study unit students deepen their knowledge in raw-materials used in fashion industry. Students develop basic knowledge in the development of new materials. Students become familiar with the most important fibre and fabric test methods.

Students are familiar with the properties of textile materials. Accordingly they are able to choose appropriate materials for different purposes and creatively manipulate textile materials.
