Course contents (core content level)

After the course the student is familiar with the history of internet and has knowledge about how internet works and what possibilities it can offer. The student is cabable of preparing pictures for the use of digital medias, how to create a internet page using both html-code and editor.
The student is familiar with the stages of web design process: defining the process, desing, testing and publishing the project from the viewpoint of graphical design. The student knows which kind of team is usually needed for a web project and is cabable of creating the relevant documents.

The student understands the multidimensional nature of digital medias and is cabable of adapting different kinds of techniques accordingly

After the course the student knows the history of internet and how the internet works. He is cabable of creating the relevant documentation for internet based project and is familiar how to design www-pages for customers and designed target groups. He knows the qualities of web based communication and is aware of the advantages and limitations of such media.

After the course the student is able to preparing pictures for the use of digital medias, knows how to compile the relevant documentation for the web based project and has cababilities of creating, publishing and updating a www-pages.
