The contents:
- The basics of project management, projects in organizations and project companies
- Organizing for projects and project teams, team members and leadership
- Managing single projects, introduction to simple projects
- Schedule and resource management
- Cost, risk, change, procurement, control and quality management
- Controlling and reporting aspects
- Managing multiple projects and complex large projects
- Application of IT on project management, introduction to software based project management tools

Students learn how to establish and manage international projects. Upon completion of
the course, the student will especially
- understand planning, structuring and negotiations of International agreements and projects
-learn to apply fundamental project management concepts, techniques and management skills
-learn to build high-performance project teams
-learn to schedule projects
-develop skills and tools for day to day management
-learn to evaluate and respond to risk at the project and task levels
-learn to evaluate the quality of the projects
-learn the contents of a dependable project control and monitoring system
