Vettyneen arkeologisen materiaalin ( orgaanisen ja epäorgaanisen) erityispiirteet. Materiaalin säilyminen Itämeressä. Meriarkeologian tutkimuskohteet. Esineiden nostaminen, säilytys ja erilaiset konservointimenetelmät.
