ISO 9241 provides requirements and recommendations relating to the attributes of the hardware, software and environment that contribute to usability, and the ergonomic principles underlying them.
The process domain describes the design process used by the organisation, such as the one described in ISO 13407:1999 Human-centred design processes for interactive systems.
The evaluation domain contains the tools and techniques used to assess the final design, such as usability testing.
The design d domain within which the designer develops the website.

Student knows the gereric structure and deployment of graphical user interfaces. Student is able to evaluate the usability, performance and learnability of user interfaces.
